Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. An estimate of the shipping costs will be provided in the shopping cart based on the available primary shipping method. You can see the detailed shipping costs at checkout.

Delivery Time

The most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and the selected shipping method. Our standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, not including production time, which is specified separately in the product description.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages that delays may cause. Our online store will notify you on the website of any exceptional delivery times.

Order-Related Issues

If the product is lost, damaged during shipping, or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the issue in writing within 30 days to the email address provided in the "Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions" section: feratale.graphics@gmail.com. If the package is visibly damaged during shipping, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company and contact us to resolve the issue.
