Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. Customized, printed products cannot be returned. This means that returns are not possible for Full Custom and Limited Custom decal sets.

Return Conditions:

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with the price tag attached. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no explanation required. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with the price tag attached. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
